This Vandercook SP-20 has seen so little use since it was manufactured in 1973 that there is virtually no wear on the feed table or gripper pedal. The original “Vandercook” tympan and packing material were in the cabinet along with a nearly full bottle of “vandercook” oil. In fact the only sign of wear I could find was on the rollers and wash up blade and they are in decent condition for being 35 years old. The press is galley high (.968) and comes with a galley high (.050) bed plate, cloth press cover, original instruction manual, packing and tympan. The Serial # is 29754 and was originally purchased by the Reporter Publishing Co., in Columbus OH subsequently purchased by Moore printing also in Columbus. The press is in southeastern Indiana and available for pickup or can be shipped Asking $10,000 OBO, serious inquires only. I am also selling; ATF Little Giant, Challenge 15-MA, Jacques 60” shear and a 9x12 craftsmen table top (Canadian). All items are available for pick up or can be shipped
Thank You all who have inquired about the SP-20, she has been sold to a University for their book arts program. I am currently working on other flat bed presses and will list shortly.
